The work involved a complete deck replacement and expansion. The scope included a new glassed-in trellis, covered seating, and a new stair, rotated away from the deck to provide better circulation flow between the house and the yard. This addition was coordinated with simultaneous kitchen expansion and remodeling work in the adjacent space.
