Market Condo Renovation
820 s.f. Condominium Renovation. When a 20" water main between the Pike Place Market and the Waterfront broke, a million gallons of water came through this building. Almost everything in this unit needed to be replaced, from the flooring to the ceiling paint, with a suite of custom built-in furniture in between. 11'-6" high wood ceilings. New engineered birch wood floors, new paint, including previously painted brick North and West walls. Restoration included adding a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and combo light duty washer/dryer. Architect designed built-in furnishings (loft bed, wardrobes, dressers, cabinets and bookshelves) create separate areas for living, dining and sleeping. A loft was added during the restoration. Salvaged furniture re-configured.
