Mr. Rags Retail Store

This was one of thirteen Mr. Rags locations designed by WORKSHOP 3D and constructed throughout the Northwest and beyond. While following a consistent design framework and material palette, each store was customized based on mall requirements and storefront specifics. The construction strategy employed two classes of work: standardized pre-designed elements (display cases, doors, dressing rooms, cash counter) supplied by the client, and site-specific work addressing floor, ceiling, and perimeter wall configurations. This Everett location marked the first collaboration with a local contractor, allowing refinements to dressing rooms and front desk details that became standard for subsequent locations. The project achieved completion ahead of schedule and under budget.
