Significant expansion of a mid-century home involved adding 800 square feet of new space while demolishing and rebuilding 800 square feet. The design utilized Structural Insulated Panel (SIPS) construction, allowing architectural freedom. The project features a monumental interior staircase connecting existing spaces to a new master bedroom suite, playful exterior facade with rhythmic window patterns, and interior design incorporating the client's preferred green color palette in kitchen and living areas. An additional 400 square feet of a previous addition was also remodeled.
