The designers created an extremely aggressive retail environment which included catwalks, a control tower, and other industrial imagery. The space provided unified visual, mechanical, and electrical infrastructure. Individual vendors each designed and merchandised their own 100-square-foot areas. MLW General Contractor participated in both the overall build-out and specific retail areas.
